Job description
All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to build and lead our recruiting department across Sales, Production, Skilled Trades, and Support teams. This hands-on role focuses on accountability, recruiting systems, and measurable results.
You will coach recruiters, create pipelines for immediate and future openings, partner with department leaders on needs, oversee onboarding, and produce regular recruiting reports for leadership.
