Job description
Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to lead a portfolio of communities with a focus on LIHTC compliance, regulatory adherence, and strong financial performance. You will supervise on-site staff, oversee leasing and maintenance, and ensure resident satisfaction across properties.
The role requires experience in affordable housing, CAM/ARM certification preferred, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
