Job description
MMB+CO is seeking a Firmwide Resource Manager for our Fairport office. You will be the primary resource planning and capacity management expert, providing firmwide workforce deployment analysis, forecasting, scheduling strategy, and operational support across Tax and Assurance lines.
Collaboration with Tax/Assurance leadership and other operational personnel is essential as you monitor capacity, workloads, and staffing needs to inform leadership decisions and improve practice operations.
