Job description
Nuveen Real Estate seeks a senior Leasing Strategy leader to drive merchandising strategy and leasing performance across a national portfolio of open-air suburban retail assets. You will lead retailer relationships, broker management, and cross-functional collaboration with transactions, asset management, and capital raising to align leasing with investment objectives.
This role requires 5+ years in retail real estate, 7+ preferred, and an active broker license.
