Aven Hospitality is seeking a Director to lead Commercial Strategy & Analytics, owning planning cadence and KPI framework to drive Sales performance. You will partner with Finance, HR, and executives to shape inputs, forecasts, and board-ready reporting.
Role sits in Sales Operations, reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, with cross-functional leadership across the organization and responsibility for data-driven decision making and automation of reporting.
