Job description
Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA) is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Director to lead and strengthen revenue cycle operations across our organization. The role covers charge capture, coding, billing, denials, AR, and collections with a focus on improving cash flow and reducing leakage.
Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with Finance, Operations, and clinical teams, you will build high-performing teams, implement scalable processes, and drive performance analytics across MBJI and SSO
