Job description
Adobe Population Health (APH) seeks a Revenue Cycle Management Director in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads billing, coding, claims management, AR, and denial management, partnering with Clinical Operations, Data Analytics, Quality and Compliance to optimize reimbursement across fee-for-service and value-based models.
The director will build scalable revenue cycle processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cash flow while leading a high-performing team in-office five days a week.
