Job description
Housecall Pro in Mexico is seeking an Associate, Account Management to oversee and grow a portfolio of 100–130 Pros. You will maintain high-value relationships, drive renewals, and upsell add-ons to maximize revenue. A consultative, data-driven approach is essential to align with each Pro's business goals.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless experience. Strong English skills and SaaS experience are required.
