Job description
SHL Group is seeking a Solution Architect to shape, position and transition SHL’s SaaS talent solutions for enterprise and global clients. You will bridge commercial, product and delivery, owning design from discovery to deployment handover. Strong HR tech, psychometrics and workforce strategy experience is essential.
