Job Details

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we’re looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Salesforce.com is seeking talented, energetic, quota‑carrying sales professionals to help drive the growth of Agentforce Operations. The Strategic Sales Director, Agentforce Operations focuses on selling our cutting‑edge products that automate complex operational workflows and deliver trusted, human‑like reasoning at scale.

As a key senior sales leader, you’ll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical—driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You’ll help organizations radically scale their operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI by deploying autonomous agents that seamlessly connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise.

Your Role

You will work with customers to demonstrate the value of Salesforce’s Agentforce Operations product, which unifies business logic, CRM data, and autonomous AI actions into a secure, scalable ecosystem. You’ll guide customers to the right solutions that transform front‑ and back‑office operations, streamline complex multi‑step processes, and establish the next generation of digital‑first operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite.

Managing medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high‑value AI transformation deals.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers.

Developing strong internal and customer relationships to create win‑win AI adoption opportunities.

Clearly communicating the value of Agentforce Operations to business leaders.

Driving revenue growth by closing new business and expanding existing accounts within your vertical.

Developing and executing sales campaigns targeting operational transformation, digital labor strategies, and AI automation.

Generating and qualifying leads, managing a robust pipeline, and assisting core Account Executives in closing strategic enterprise AI deals.

Engaging with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Customer Experience, and C‑suite leadership to understand business challenges and develop tailored, outcome‑based AI solutions.

Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and CRM updates.

Collaborating with solution engineers, AI specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless end‑to‑end client experience.

Qualifications

Deep industry expertise and experience within one of the following industries: Automobile, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology.

8+ years of quota‑carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS, conversational AI, RPA/automation, business process automation, or cloud enterprise solutions.

Excellent presentation skills, especially for a C‑suite audience.

Experience in selling with AEs across the Salesforce ecosystem to generate new logos and expand existing Salesforce footprints.

Proven experience in solution selling, value‑based selling, and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, autonomous agent architectures, and data orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft).

Familiarity with enterprise operational workflows, API ecosystems, and compliance/security frameworks for AI is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Key Attributes

Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of exceeding sales goals in emerging technology sectors.

Proven ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes involving both IT and business unit leaders.

Competitive spirit, resourcefulness, and a passion for solving complex operational problems with AI.

Business acumen to articulate the tangible ROI of shifting from manual workflows to autonomous digital workers.

Skilled in objection handling (especially around AI trust, data security, and governance), negotiation, and closing high‑value deals.

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation.

Knowledge of competitors in the AI agent, RPA, and automation space (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, OpenAI enterprise solutions).
