Job description
Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Director of Sales to lead regional sales efforts and drive growth across multiple locations. The role requires developing strategic plans, supervising Regional Sales Managers, and expanding the customer base while aligning with company targets.
The candidate will track performance, engage with customers to understand needs, estimate sales volume and profit, and participate in trade shows and travel to client sites and other MTE locations.
