Job description
Lindt & Sprüngli USA seeks a Sales Strategy Manager to drive profitable revenue growth across Key Franchises, Seasons, and Innovations. You will align Brand strategy with Sales execution, develop launch plans, and coordinate across Marketing, NPD, Packaging, and Retail Partners.
Reporting to the Senior Sales Strategy Manager, you will lead commercialization of product innovations, deliver data-driven insights, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet targets.
