Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for a Luxury Senior Living community in California. You will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide new residents through the transition to their new home, collaborating with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft strategic marketing plans to hit occupancy budgets.
