Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the Sales and Marketing operation for the property. The role oversees budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, and business planning. It involves supervising Sales Managers, Trainees, Interns, and Administrative Staff.
The DOSM recruits and hires Sales staff, trains teams, and drives selling processes to meet company goals and maximize hotel revenues.
