Job description
Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for senior commercial roles across the US. You will identify and engage proven sales performers, especially in construction, construction tech, and adjacent markets, and build detailed market maps.
You will proactively headhunt passive candidates, partner with CRO and senior leaders to define hiring profiles, and provide market insights to influence compensation and hiring decisions while delivering an excellent candidate
