Job description
The Director of Sanitation at J&J Snack Foods leads the enterprise sanitation program across 12 food manufacturing facilities, delivering a sanitary, regulatory-compliant environment that protects consumer safety and product quality.
You will develop a 3–5-year sanitation strategy, harmonize programs, advance cleaning technologies, oversee sanitation standards and audits, and coach teams to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and strong food safety performance.
