Job description
RRD is seeking a senior leader to manage a large Phoenix-based client and oversee talent and service delivery across two delivery centers. The role reports to the Sr. VP of AMS Legal Services and involves ~10% travel between Phoenix and New York, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of leadership in client services, 5+ years in business development, and strong P&L management experience, along with excellent communication and strategic thinking.
