Job description
Voya Investment Management seeks an experienced attorney to join the Legal Department and support its institutional asset management platform. The attorney partners with portfolio managers, product teams, client onboarding, and business leaders, handling agreements, regulatory matters, and strategic transactions across multiple investment structures.
Ideal candidate has 6–10 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and familiarity with insurance asset management.
