Job description
FourKites is seeking a Services Consulting Specialist (SCS) to serve as the strategic bridge between Sales and Professional Services. You will scope, assess risk, gather requirements, and hand off to Implementation, driving time-to-value for complex enterprise customers across the supply chain space.
You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementations to design sessions, map current-state processes, and ensure successful project scoping and SOW completion.
