Job description
Gen is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer in the United States to own the most complex partner engagements and frontier ICPs end-to-end, serving as the technical and strategic authority between Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
You will set solution narratives for net-new verticals, standardize scoping, mentor Solutions Engineers, and drive feedback loops into the Product roadmap for faster, scalable outcomes.
