Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst 3 - Strategic Sourcing to support Memory, Storage, CPU, and silicon-based commodities within our Global Strategic Sourcing organization.
This role will play an important part in expanding and scaling Oracle's next-generation cloud infrastructure. As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you will support sourcing decisions that impact supplier cost, technical capabilities, capacity, and supply availability, helping ensure the delivery of critical hardware to our customers.
The Supply Chain Analyst will provide sourcing analysis and tactical coordination across supplier management, supply continuity, cost modeling, Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) execution, risk-buy purchases, supplier and product qualifications, and new product introductions. You will work closely with Oracle's suppliers, contract manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities, mitigate supply risk, improve cost, and ensure timely execution throughout the product lifecycle.

* Support sourcing strategies for Memory, Storage, CPU, silicon-based commodities, and related suppliers supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Analyze supplier spend, pricing, cost structures, capacity, lead times, supply availability, and other commercial and operational data to identify sourcing opportunities and business risks.
* Support supplier selection activities, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid analysis, supplier evaluations, and sourcing recommendations.
* Develop cost models and perform pricing analyses to establish negotiation targets, evaluate supplier proposals, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
