Job description
Ursa Major is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to lead strategic and operational procurement across direct materials, supplier quality, and supplier engineering in a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.
You will drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, quality compliance, and supplier development initiatives to ensure continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.
