Job description
Olin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Chattanooga, TN area to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and build robust candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Relocation is available and a 9/80 schedule may be offered. Travel up to 30% is required to support Olin's manufacturing locations nationwide.
