Job description
Ralliant is seeking an experienced recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for high‑volume roles in Raleigh. You will manage intake, market insights, sourcing, and offers to attract top talent aligned with our mission and culture, partnering with OpCo hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
You will track metrics, maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and drive a fast, efficient hiring process, while acting as a positive brand
