Job description
Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Alexandria, VA headquarters with hybrid flexibility.
You will source, vet, and hire contingent and pipeline candidates, partnering with functional leads to determine staffing needs and recruit, interview, and hire new employees. The role focuses on SPA's Corporate Finance Group and other indirect hiring needs, including Contracts, IT, HR, Security and Facilities.
