Job description
First Tech in Marlboro, MA is seeking a talent acquisition professional to source, screen, and hire for a range of exempt, nonexempt, and temporary roles.
You will work with hiring managers, craft engaging postings, coordinate offers, and manage onboarding, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. This role requires 2–4 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), with strong communication and analytical skills.
