IDI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies across the organization. You will partner with leaders to develop recruitment plans, improve processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities include multi-channel sourcing, process optimization, vendor management with Indeed and LinkedIn, and driving HR KPIs such as new hire engagement and retention.
