Job description
Genesys is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting for designated business units in Indianapolis, IN. You will forecast headcount, manage candidate activity in the ATS, and partner with HR Business Partners to align hiring with business goals.
You will source top talent, craft effective candidate experiences, and help reduce time-to-fill by leveraging networks, university partnerships, and proactive sourcing strategies.
