Job description
New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruiting in the construction sector. You will support the HR function, develop sourcing strategies, and own delivery of a talent pipeline with strong leadership collaboration.
You will also drive reporting on talent acquisition KPIs, partner with leaders to hire top talent, and participate in job fairs and events to attract specialized candidates. This role reports to the VP of HR.
