Job description
Keller is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner based out of Alpharetta, GA, Smyrna, GA or Greensboro, NC to lead full-cycle recruiting in a dynamic construction environment.
This role treats recruiting as a sales function, partnering with leadership to understand operations, build talent pipelines, and close top talent with grit and a growth mindset. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years experience are required; travel up to 15% is expected.
