Job description
Thales Group in Austin is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Cybersecurity & Digital Identity teams in a hybrid Austin environment.
You will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle for 15–25 concurrent roles, from requirements definition to onboarding, using proactive sourcing, assessments, and executive stakeholder coaching to deliver top talent.
