Job description
Mass General Brigham is seeking an HR Business Partner with expertise in Talent Acquisition to join our team in Somerville, MA. You will partner with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and define sourcing strategies to build a diverse, qualified candidate pool.
You will source candidates, assess via telephone, drive the interview process, check references, and negotiate offers, while ensuring internal and external market equity and strong relationships with hiring managers.
