Job description
The University of Texas Permian Basin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Office of Human Resources. The role leads strategic, full-cycle recruiting for staff, student-workers, and adjunct faculty, coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent while maintaining equity and compliance.
You will build pipelines, coordinate background checks, develop offers, and report recruiting metrics to HR leadership.
