Job description
The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and fill temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for a range of clients. You will partner with managers to define hiring needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline.
You will conduct structured interviews, coach candidates, and ensure timely offers while maintaining high service levels and market awareness.
