Job description
Duolingo is seeking a Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team, driving outbound and referral talent efforts for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles. You’ll identify, engage, and nurture top talent while building market maps and TAM insights.
You will collaborate with recruiters, attend intake meetings, and run candidate screens to inform hiring decisions, all while iterating sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
