Job description
Alliance Resource Group seeks a Vice President of Tax to lead the corporate tax function for a privately held real estate investment firm. This senior role advises shareholders on tax implications of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and entity structuring.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with S-Corporations, pass-through taxation, and real estate taxes, with CPA preferred and experience managing outside advisors.
