Job description
SPX Cooling Technologies seeks a Technical Proposal Manager II to lead proposal development for major projects, coordinating with engineering, legal and sales teams. You will develop budgets, provide strategic guidance on margins, and manage a demanding workload while mentoring others.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in proposals, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with HVAC/industrial contexts. Hybrid work may be available after probation.
