Job description
Reinforced Learning is seeking a technical recruiter to build and own the engineering and AI data infrastructure team's talent strategy. You will lead end-to-end recruiting for software, infrastructure, applied AI, full-stack, and product engineering, partnering directly with the founders to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring plans.
