Job description
SCN BestCo, a California-based health products innovator, seeks a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation, benefits, wellness, and HRIS across multiple sites. You will lead retirement and welfare programs, data maintenance, and compensation analyses.
Required are a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years’ benefits administration experience, and strong regulatory knowledge. Proficiency with UKG HRIS and MS Office is essential. Competitive package and bonus eligibility offered.
