Job description
K.A. Recruiting is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to lead compensation and employee benefits programs in a complex healthcare environment. You will architect and administer rewards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive equity and competitiveness across bargaining‑unit and non‑bargaining staff.
You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to align programs with recruitment, retention, and workforce strategy while delivering fiscally sustainable benefits and governance.
