Job description
Novo Nordisk seeks a Market Access Trade Strategy Director to lead channel strategies for Trade channels across specialty and retail pharmacies in the US. You will oversee pricing, contracting, value communication, marketing, and initiatives to maximize business results, coordinating with MAPA, Finance, and Legal.
The role requires deep US payer/trade knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs, with 10–20% overnight travel expected.
