Job description
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Transition PMO to establish and operate the Transition Management Office for large-scale IT infrastructure and managed services transitions. You’ll provide governance reporting, financial tracking, risk management, milestone oversight and executive visibility across multiple transition workstreams.
