Job description
CNA is seeking a senior underwriting leader to direct an underwriting group and drive profitability, policy development, and business development for a defined book of business in California. The role works with senior management within the highest limits of authority and influences regional strategy.
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent with at least ten years of underwriting leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in pricing and risk assessment.
