Job description
SEIU Local 1000 in Oakland, CA is seeking a Union Representative/Organizer for our Strategic Campaigns Department. You will represent state employees at worksites, handle grievances, coordinate contract campaigns, and advocate for employee rights.
The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, with travel to worksites as directed. A BA/AA is a plus, customer service experience preferred, and employer-provided benefits are offered.
