Job description
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a U.S. Commercial Sales Director for a leading roofing materials manufacturer.
This remote, U.S.-based role (outside California) offers a $150,000 base salary plus a 30% performance bonus and long-term incentives, plus a company vehicle. You will lead the national sales strategy for Single Ply systems (TPO and PVC), support regional teams, and build relationships with contractors, distributors, architects and building owners to drive measurable growth
