Job description
Topgolf is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy venue and own the full business, including revenue growth, cost control, and talent development across golf, food and beverage, and events.
The role requires building and leading a strong leadership team, driving performance, and maintaining accountability with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will forecast, set financial targets, and partner with the local market to grow revenue.
