Job description
Phoenix is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead strategic initiatives, optimize multi-site service delivery, and drive profitability in support of its mission. You will oversee all operating divisions, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and AbilityOne requirements, and partner with Finance to shape pricing and budgets.
The role requires a Master’s degree and a track record of federal contract leadership, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills
