Job description
Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planning Major Projects Lead to coordinate mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of talent across large projects. You will align stakeholders, manage workforce risks, and ensure readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work across industries and regions to keep projects staffed, forecast capacity, and resolve cross-project dependencies while partnering with leaders and talent teams to maximize utilization.
