Lime Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing international boutique consultancy to appoint a Consultant.
The firm works with leading global organisations across technology, consumer, industrial, automotive and manufacturing sectors, helping clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges.

The Role
As a Consultant, you will work across a broad range of strategic and operational challenges, combining rigorous analysis with practical, commercially focused recommendations.
You could work on projects including:
Developing growth and transformation strategies for leading global organisations.
Supporting business transformation and organisational effectiveness programmes.
Developing supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and operations strategies .
Building strategic and operational models to inform investment, capacity, workforce and resource allocation decisions.
Identifying opportunities to improve business performance, productivity and operational effectiveness .
Redesigning operating models and organisational structures across a range of functions.
Conducting market research, commercial analysis and operational due diligence to support strategic and investment decisions.
Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior executives .
About You
We're looking for ambitious, intellectually curious individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and want exposure to some of the world's leading businesses.
You will ideally have:
Experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, investment banking, operations, engineering or a similarly analytical environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent commercial and quantitative skills.The ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
