Job description
Koto is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to lead strategic thinking on active projects in New York. You will own development and execution of strategy, collaborate closely with Design, and drive a distinctive brand experience across global clients with a rationally optimistic mindset.
You will partner with senior leadership, guide junior team members, and have a hands‑on role from brief to delivery, including in‑person studio work in New York and travel as needed.
